Chinese New Year is a major special occasion for many people. It is a time for removing the bad and the old, and welcoming the new and the good. Celebrate this time of the year with unique recipes from the chefs of Embassy Chocolate.
Here are some CNY Special recipes for you, tried and tested by our chefs at Embassy Chocolate. Of course, we are using premium couverture chocolate by Embassy Chocolate to get the most desirable results, both in terms of taste and appearance.
Imagine seeing a dimsum box that you can slice up and dig into! This dimsum box-shaped cake is a special recipe that you can not only use for Chinese New Year, but also as a regular menu in your business.
The Dimsum Box combines the taste of refreshing orange, sweet pumpkin, creamy Embassy Zen White Chocolate 33%, as well as a mild spicy flavor from sichuan pepper. While this might sound weird to some people, everything combines harmoniously to create a fresh and fun entremet.

Like a porcelain tea cup, this praline has a firm and glossy shell that breaks in your mouth in the best way, thanks to our Embassy Zen White Chocolate 33%. As you bite into it, you will discover a beautiful color contrast between the bright orange Passionfruit-Mango Fluid Gel and the greyish Black Sesame Ganache. They melt inside your mouth with a pleasant mouthfeel and a lovingly sweet and fresh taste.

Last but not least is the White Chocolate Mousse Tart with Osmanthus Jelly. The star of this recipe is the beautiful flora native to Southern China, the osmanthus flower.
The fragrant aroma is combined with sweet, tropical longan and tart goji berry to create the beautiful jelly pictured above. Our chefs then incorporated our Embassy Zen White Chocolate 33% which adds a creamy mouthfeel and milky taste without overpowering the other flavors.
