Embassy Chocolate is a brand under the PT Freyabadi Indotama chocolate manufacturing company. We combined the expertise of our chefs, and a highly experienced Research & Development team to create a premium Indonesian couverture chocolate brand that we are truly proud of.
We named it Embassy Chocolate.
Just like New World Wines, we have produced a New World Chocolate with cocoa beans sourced from Asia, South America and Africa to create a blended couverture chocolate product that’s produced in Indonesia.

Our mission is to create couverture chocolate that foodservice professionals and chocolate afficionados can appreciate. We believe we have done that with Embassy Chocolate.
To Minimize environmental issues, we prioritize environmental sustainability in every activity related to the sourcing of high quality and safe raw materials to produce Embassy Chocolate.

Mr. Bernelin is an experienced pastry chef and chocolate demonstrator with over 20 years of experience in the chocolate industry. There's very little he does not know about chocolate and he is leading the way to helping expand the Embassy Chocolate brand throughout Asia.
Product Manager & Chocolate Instructor
Ms. Yulianti is an experienced chocolatier with over 10 years of experience. At Embassy Chocolate, she helps with recipe creation and advises on foodservice applications for our clients.
Karina Andjani Putri
Embassy Brand Executive
Ms. Andjani has over 8 years of experience in the foodservice business and has helped clients in every aspect of the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering and Cafe business. She values strong customer service and She is the go-to person for any of your sales and purchasing inquiries.
Nadya Utami Paramaiswari
As a food technology graduate, Ms. Utami has always been passionate about the world of food processing and agriculture. Experienced in copywriting and digital marketing, she is handling Embassy marketing activities and campaigns.
Chef Nanang worked 25 years as a pastry cook and 20 years as a pastry chef. He started working in the pastry world at a young age and has since worked in several 5-star hotels in Europe and Indonesia. He has also been a proud representative in various Indonesian food promotion events.
Hayu Putri Katriana
Chef Hayu is a chocolate school instructor with more than 8 years of experience. At a young age, chef Hayu gained her experience from various local and international pastry chefs and has won several gold and bronze medal awards in pastry competitions in Indonesia.
