Green Tea Bites

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients:
| 100g | Dates |
| 50g | Roasted pumpkin seeds |
| 15g | Puffed quinoa |
| 20g | Roasted almond flakes |
| 2,5g | Green tea powder |
| 50g | Embassy Zen White Chocolate 33% |
Preparation:
- Mix the dates, pumpkin seeds, quinoa and almond flakes in a bowl
- Pour the melted white chocolate and mix well
- Shape the dough into 12-gram balls and chill in the freezer for a while
- Melt more white chocolate and coat the dough with the melted chocolate
- Lastly, roll the dough into a bowl of green tea powder
