Banana Passion Milkshake

A rich and creamy tropical milkshake blending sweet frozen banana and tangy passion fruit with a decadent double-dark chocolate base.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients:

  • 100g Frozen banana
  • 30g Passion fruit puree
  • 75g Embassy Continental 75% Dark Couverture Chocolate
  • 30g Embassy Equatorial 56% Dark Couverture Chocolate
  • 175g Milk

Instructions:

  1. Melt both the 75% and 56% couverture chocolates.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, passion fruit puree, melted chocolate, and milk.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
