Healthy Almond Snack Bar

Get your healthy dose of fiber and minerals with this indulgent snack bar.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients:

100g Almond flour
1.5g Baking powder
30g Coconut oil
30g Honey
15g Almond milk
30g Dried cranberries (chopped)
30g Raisins (chopped)
10g Roasted almond slices (chopped)
10g Roasted cashews (chopped)
  Embassy Zen White Chocolate 33% as needed

 

Preparation:

- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well using a spatula
- Shape the dough into the mould
- Chill in the freezer until the dough hard is enough to cut
- Cut the dough 1.5 cm wide and 9 cm long
- Bake at 170°C for 12 minutes
- Dip half of the almond snack bar into melted white chocolate
