White Chocolate Protein Bar
Get your healthy dose of fiber and minerals with this indulgent snack bar
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients:
100g | Almond flour |
1.5g | Baking powder |
30g | Coconut oil |
30g | Honey |
15g | Almond milk |
30g | Dried cranberries (chopped) |
30g | Raisins (chopped) |
10g | Roasted almond slices (chopped) |
10g | Roasted cashews (chopped) |
Embassy Zen White Chocolate 33% as needed |
Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well using a spatula
- Shape the dough into the mould
- Chill in the freezer until the dough hard is enough to cut
- Cut the dough 1.5 cm wide and 9 cm long
- Bake at 170°C for 12 minutes
- Dip half of the almond snack bar into melted white chocolate
