No-Bake Milk Chocolate Tiramisu
A classic tiramisu with velvety-smooth milk chocolate filling, made from a blend of whipped cream, mascarpone, and premium milk chocolate, rests upon coffee and liqueur-soaked ladyfingers
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients:

Mascarpone cheese |
250ml |
Heavy whipping cream |
75g |
Sugar |

Vanilla extract |

Embassy Azalea Milk Chocolate 34% |
200ml |
Coffee |
60ml | Coffee liqueur |
200g |
Lady fingers |
Unsweetened cocoa powder |
- Pour the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur into a shallow bowl. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, whisk the mascarpone to make it smooth.
- Gently fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream, then fold in the melted milk chocolate until everything is combined.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture.
- Arrange a single layer of the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of your dish. Spread half of the chocolate cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight) to let it set.
- Before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
