American Chocolate Brownies
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Ingredients:
500 g | Eggs |
400 g | Sugar |
450 g | Butter |
400 g | Embassy The Oceanic Blend 65% Dark Couverture Chocolate |
300 g | Flour, sieved |
200 g | Roasted cashew nuts |
200 g | Roasted walnuts |
Preparation:
- Whisk together eggs and sugar
- Melt butter and chocolate, then add the sugar and egg mixture and mix well
- Gradually add flour and roasted nuts, mix well
- Pour into a 40 x 30 cm frame
- Bake in a convection oven at 180 °C for around 16 minutes for moist brownies or 20 minutes for drier brownies
- Leave it to cool down in a fridge overnight before cutting into the desired size
