Chocolate Plant-Based Brownies

Recipe instruction

1. Chocolate Financier

Ingredients:

200g Sugar
200g Brown sugar
40g Flax seed
300g Water
4g Salt
100g Cocoa Powder
1gg Baking Powder
10g Vanilla extract
200g Flour
100g Coconut milk
150g Cashew
120g Sunflower Seed Oil
150g Embassy Continental Dark Chocolate Couverture 75%

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and flour 
  2. Mix water and coconut milk, pour to the dry ingredients then mix well 
  3. Melt Embassy Continental Dark Chocolate Couverture 75% and, add oil to the mixture 
  4. Add chopped Cashew then mix well 
  5. Put the mixture into the ring that is covered with baking paper, put chopped chocolate on top then bake about 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes
