Chocolate Plant-Based Brownies
Recipe instruction
1. Chocolate Financier
Ingredients:
200g | Sugar |
200g | Brown sugar |
40g | Flax seed |
300g | Water |
4g | Salt |
100g | Cocoa Powder |
1gg | Baking Powder |
10g | Vanilla extract |
200g | Flour |
100g | Coconut milk |
150g | Cashew |
120g | Sunflower Seed Oil |
150g | Embassy Continental Dark Chocolate Couverture 75% |
Preparation:
- Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and flour
- Mix water and coconut milk, pour to the dry ingredients then mix well
- Melt Embassy Continental Dark Chocolate Couverture 75% and, add oil to the mixture
- Add chopped Cashew then mix well
- Put the mixture into the ring that is covered with baking paper, put chopped chocolate on top then bake about 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes
