Meet MOF Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud

Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud is one of France's most reputable Pastry chefs with an experience of over 40 years in the world of Pastry. He is well-known for earning the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF)  in the Pastry category, a prestigious award given to the best craftsmen of France.

He has since helped to establish the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA) Malaysia and runs an international consultancy on pastry and confectionery.
