Meet MOF Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud
MOF Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud is one of France's most reputable Pastry Chef with an experience of over 40 years in the world of Pastry. He is well-known for earning the title of MOF Pastry Chef, a prestigious award for the craftsmen of France.
He has since helped to establish the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA) Malaysia and runs an international consultation on pastry and confectionery.
